1. Acceptance of Terms

Gomoraa.app ("Gomoraa", "we", "our", "us") ek Indian e-commerce platform hai jo gomoraa.app par accessible hai. Yeh Terms of Service ("Terms") aapke aur Gomoraa ke beech ek legal agreement hai.

Gomoraa website ya app use karke, aap in Terms se agree karte hain. Agar aap in Terms se agree nahi karte, toh please platform use mat karein.

Hum in Terms ko kabhi bhi update kar sakte hain. Significant changes ke liye hum aapko email karenge. Continued use of our platform means you accept the updated terms.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

Gomoraa use karne ke liye aapki age kam se kam 18 saal honi chahiye. 18 saal se kam age ke users parents/guardian ki permission se use kar sakte hain.

2.2 Account Security

• Aap apna password kisi ke saath share mat karein
• Ek person ek hi account bana sakta hai
• Fake information se account banana prohibited hai
• Account hack hone par turant support@gomoraa.app par report karein

2.3 Account Suspension

Gomoraa kisi bhi account ko suspend ya delete kar sakta hai agar:

• Terms of Service violate kiya ho
• Fraudulent activity detect hui ho
• False information provide ki gayi ho
• Platform ko abuse kiya gaya ho

3. Shopping & Orders

3.1 Product Listings

Gomoraa par listed products verified sellers dwara sell kiye jaate hain. Hum product accuracy ensure karne ki koshish karte hain lekin sellers ki listings ke liye directly responsible nahi hain.

3.2 Order Confirmation

• Order place hone par email confirmation bheja jayega
• Order confirm hone ke baad changes limited hain
• Stock unavailable hone par order automatically cancel ho sakta hai
• Price errors ke case mein order cancel karne ka adhikar Gomoraa ke paas hai

3.3 Pricing

Saare prices Indian Rupees (₹) mein hain aur GST inclusive hain jab applicable ho. Prices bina notice ke change ho sakte hain.

4. Payment & Wallet

4.1 Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Gomoraa Wallet
• Online Payment (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) — Coming Soon

4.2 Gomoraa Wallet

• Wallet balance sirf Gomoraa purchases ke liye use hogi
• Wallet balance expire nahi hoti
• Referral rewards aur cashback wallet mein credit hote hain
• Wallet balance cash mein convert nahi hogi (sirf withdrawal eligible amounts)

4.3 Referral Rewards

Refer & Earn program ke terms:

• Referral reward tab milegi jab referred user apna pehla order ₹1000+ ka complete kare
• Self-referral (khud ko refer karna) prohibited hai
• Fraud detected hone par rewards reverse kiye ja sakte hain
• Reward amount change ho sakta hai bina prior notice ke

5. Delivery Policy

5.1 Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
• Metro cities: 2-4 business days
• Remote areas: 7-14 business days

5.2 Free Delivery

₹499 se upar ke orders par free delivery available hai. ₹499 se kam ke orders par delivery charge applicable hoga jo checkout par dikhayi dega.

5.3 Delivery Failure

• 3 delivery attempts ke baad order return ho sakta hai
• Wrong address dene par responsibility customer ki hogi
• Delivery partner se directly negotiate mat karein

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

• Delivery se 7 din ke andar return request karna hoga
• Product original condition mein hona chahiye
• Tags aur packaging intact honi chahiye
• Used, damaged, ya altered products return nahi honge

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (grocery, food items)
• Intimate wear, undergarments
• Customized products
• Digital products

6.3 Refund Timeline

7. Seller Policy

7.1 Seller Registration

Seller banne ke liye valid business documents required hain. Gomoraa approval ke baad hi seller products list kar sakta hai.

7.2 Seller Obligations

• Accurate product information provide karni hogi
• Stock levels updated rakhne honge
• Orders 48 hours mein dispatch karne honge
• Counterfeit ya prohibited products sell nahi kar sakte
• Customer queries ka 24 hours mein jawab dena hoga

7.3 Commission Structure

Gomoraa platform commission charge karta hai jo category-wise alag hota hai. Commission details seller dashboard mein available hain. Commission structure change ho sakta hai 30 days advance notice ke saath.

7.4 Seller Suspension

Policy violation, fake products, ya customer complaints ke basis par seller account suspend kiya ja sakta hai.

8. Prohibited Activities

Yeh activities strictly prohibited hain:

• Fake reviews likhna ya incentivize karna
• Multiple accounts banana
• Platform scraping ya data extraction
• Illegal products sell karna
• Spam ya unsolicited communications
• Platform security bypass karne ki koshish
• Counterfeit or trademark infringing products
• Price manipulation ya artificial demand creation

9. Intellectual Property

Gomoraa name, logo, website design, aur content Gomoraa ki intellectual property hai. Bina written permission ke use prohibited hai.

Aap apna content (reviews, photos) Gomoraa par post karke hume non-exclusive license dete hain use karne ki.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gomoraa liability limited hai maximum order value tak. Hum responsible nahi hain:

• Third-party seller products ki quality ke liye
• Delivery delays jo courier ki wajah se hue
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
• Internet/network issues
• Indirect ya consequential damages ke liye

11. Governing Law

Yeh Terms Indian law ke tahat govern hote hain. Koi bhi dispute Madhya Pradesh courts mein resolve hoga.
